Live in Care Taker, STT

I am looking for a person who has another source of income to be a live in care taker for my private home on the east end of STT.

It comes with a small furnished cottage. AND I will charge YOU only 400 a month plus utilities rent. In addition you will perform 8 hours a week around the house. This will include clrean pool, mow lawns, trim bushes, small painting and repair etc. General home mtc things.

Here are the qualifications I am looking for:

1. Need another source of income

2. Need to a non smoker and not a party animal

4. Need to be a self starter. I don't want to be your father and tell you what to do.

5. You need some home mtc skills.

6. You may be needed to get some materials when I'm not on island. Car would help.

7. LONG TERM COMMITMENT REQUIRED. You will need to sign a lease and put down first, last and one month security. (1200)

8. This is NOT a situation where if you do more I will pay you. If that is the case don't respond.

This needs to fit the person. There is a pool, laundry, wireless internet, and you can walk to the beaches.
