Hello! My husband and I are relocating and are looking for a house to rent on St. Thomas or St. John for a year as we settle in. We are middle aged, quiet, and non-smokers. We would like to live in a quiet, safe community where our two large dogs are welcome. Please no apartments. I will be on island the last week of June and would love to see potential housing.

What's your budget and how many bedrooms do you need?

1 - 2 bedrooms is fine with us. Budget depends on location. We are not looking in the $4k range, we prefer to save for the home we will eventually buy. We are professional, but down to earth.
