Hi there! My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1 BR apartment on STT. Our maximum rent would be $1400 per month, preferrably includiing electricity. We are looking for an unfurnished or semi-furnished place, pet friendly. We have good references and secure jobs. Please let me know if you have anything that fits our needs. Thank you!
