We have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo right on the beach in Pelican Cove.
Currently there is 2 guys and 1 girl living here and the girl has requested another female to move in.
Lease would start in October and is $800 a month plus utilities for your own large bedroom and bathroom. The complex is very safe and has private security. The place looks like a hotel with a nice pool and is a very quiet place.
We are all in our mid-20s with professional jobs. We are very clean but do go out downtown and the such. Lease would be for approx. 10 months.

Hello,
I am coming to st croix in Sept. for at least 3 months- 6 months. I am a travel RN working at the hospital. Do you have any pictures of the condo?
Also what do the utilities usually run for a month?
