One Bedroom Apartment, A/C, Wi-Fi, Cable, St. John, $1500/month, Furnished

Hillcrest Guest House, Cruz Bay St. John, US Virgin Islands has a long term rental available. It is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance and porch. The porch faces the street and has deadbolt locks at each gate.

The one bedroom apartment is furnished. It has a queen size bed, dining set, flat screen tv/dvd, a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower, recently updated. The apartment is air conditioned, has cable, free Wi-Fi, and telephone ready. There are two large closets with mirror doors; one in the living room and the other in the bedroom.

The kitchen is screened and open to the environment on one side, allowing the heat from cooking to escape. The garden and water fountain can be seen from the kitchen window.

The kitchen has elegant cooper cookware, large refrigerator and gas stove with an oven. Cook books of Emeril Lagasse and Patti Belle have been placed in the apartment.

Hillcrest is located on a hill overlooking Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay Dock is a 3 minute walk downhill.

No pets, cats or dogs are allowed. Hillcrest is a Non-smoking guest house.

The major beaches are minutes away driving, ie.Trunk Bay Beach. Frank Bay Beach is a 4 minute walk downhill.

The rent is $1500/month. The deposit is waived for August, if you pay first and last months rent.

A 32" flat screen tv/dvd combo in the living room and 22 inch in the bedroom.
