I will be in St. Croix for the summer and am need some wheels to get around. I do not need anything fancy, and I would prefer to make an arrangement where I purchase a car at the beginning of the summer (May 14) and sell it back to the owner at the end of the summer (Aug. 14) but am willing to purchase the car outright if I do not have any other options.

Out of curiosity where are you working I am assuming from the email that you are a law student. I'm in law school also and headed down for the summer.
