I have 2 condos available for rental. short term weekly at Coral Princess, one bedroom at waters edge for $800 per week, good for pmv's. See pics on Craigs List/Vacation Rental/Surfsoundvilla. Available now. For longer term, I have a one bedroom condo at Southgate Courtyard Villas (midway to east end) coming available June 15th for $1500 per month plus utilities (free water from cistern though). This place has a gigantic pool, and is right up the street from a nice beach, and not too far east of Christiansted. pics also on Craigs List. If you send me email address will send a bunch more pics.

Just thought i'd let everyone know that these condos are still available. will take $1400 per month for the southgate courtyard condo. the southgate condo will be available on June 8th and can be rented long term or short term. short term would be $650 per week in the summer.
The Coral Princess condo can be rented for $700 per week in the off season and $1000 per week in season. here is a link for coral princess condo. http://www.vrbo.com/133237

I just finished up with my first short term rental at coral princess, so that unit is available. see link http://www.vrbo.com/133237. I just put my southgate courtyard unit on the vrbo site also, see link http://www.vrbo.com/137291. Both have good availability.

just thought i'd bump this up. southgate courtyard villas condo available longterm for 1400 per month, and coral princess condo available for 700 per week off season, or 4 month rental for 1200 per month off season.
