Looking for a desk on STX

DIY! I make coffee tables from pallets. It's some work but they are cool and "islandy". Free lumber that won't rot or get termites. OR does STX have the no-flea market? That's a great place for furniture with a great cause.

Yes, I have been pondering a DIY thing for awhile. I have seen some nice mahogany limbs on the side of the road and thought it would be cool to make a desk using those for the legs. I also reuse wood pallets for many things.

I know you have a little garden, did you know you can use wood pallets for a veggie box. Just staple weed block cloth on the bottom and off you go. I put some drip irrigation over it and works great. They last about two years before they start to disintegrate.

Ps- still looking for a desk since I have way too many projects and not enough time to build my own.
