Please don't take this the wrong way, but, why would you want to pay $200 for a treadmill when you can go outside for free? Great weather, great views, fresh air...I just don't get it. But, then again, I never work out, so maybe I am just not 'in the know'..pardon me for typing about stuff that I shouldn't be typing about...my bad...

Well there are hardly any flat areas to run for some people, northsider here, and sometimes its easier just to turn on the tv, run and zone out.

Me on the other I run to the fridge for another drink and then run back to my deck to put my feet up and watch the waves roll in. So maybe I should get a treadmill.

The only running I do is if I REALLY have to go to the bathroom! Haha! I have my saunter down quite nicely, thank you very much!

tobelrone,
I am getting ready to move and have a ReebokX4000 that I would sell you. If you want to check it out just give me a call. Assuming you are on STT.

I run on a treadmill because it's SO HOT outside. I can have a fan blowing on me and still be close to ice cold water.

Shelly. I think you might be a bit spoiled :0. Here in the midwest hot means 105 degrees with humidity approaching 100%. The good thing about those conditions is that you have a free sauna.
