We are looking for a house to buy 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, also we need to buy a fishing boat. Anyone out there that can help us???

There are several real estate websites that list houses for sale. Be prepared for having to look at a lot of different websites and paying a LOT more for a house here than in the states. We looked at 3/2s with a pool and a guest room, and we would have to pay at least $500K to get what we want. Again, I second (and third) the suggestion to learn the area first before jumping into a house purchase. This life is not for everyone. You really need to be able to ease into it, and back out and back to the mainland if/when you decide that it's not right for you.
