Recently moved to St. Thomas...need long term lease (apartment, house, condo). Prefer North but will consider any suitable housing. Two or more bedrooms would be ideal, unfurnished or partially furnished with either washer / dryer or hook ups preferred. Looking for quite, safe neighborhood, private parking would be fantastic but not a deal breaker. I have a very reliable income, stable job, am clean and quiet. I am a realtor and have a two bedroom, two bath condo with washer/dryer coming up - won't be ready till 1/1/2009. Price is $1800/month plus utilities. It is furnished. PM if interested.
