Coming down in Jan 2008 looking for info on part time job. Licensed New York. Is license transferable? Do you need a license?

Below is a link to the VI government site, I also have a cosmo license from N.Y., so I knew where to look, I would call to see if they have reciprocity, but it looks to me they want you to retest both written and practical, check it out and good luck, Let us know what you find for FYI
