Hi all,
I am looking for a rental, preferably in Judith's Fancy, but other areas considered. Need at least 3 bedrooms, a bit upscale with a pool and view, pool maintenance, lawn care and even housekeeping. I don't know how much to expect to pay. I am looking for someone who will (I hope) be putting his employees in my apartments but wants an executive type rental for himself. 12-18 months, starting approximately late May/early June.
What should he expect to pay?
