Hi all!
Im looking for a long term rental starting on Aug 1st on St Croix!
-A nice 2 bdrm that is solidly built
-North shore from Cane bay to Cotton Valley preferred
-Doesnt have to be on the beach, but must have a good breeze!
-Washer/Dryer a must
-Generator and/or hookup
-Space for a storage container
I will be on island at the end of June and would like to sign a lease then. $2000 is my budget, possibly more if utilities are included.
I work in the renewable energy field, specifically solar electric systems. I can also manage a property at the same time. If someone is interested in having me manage a property and/or possibly " making a deal" to install a WAPA-VIEO approved, grid tied & net metered solar electric system in exchange and/or for a portion of rent i would be very interested! I am 35, and will have our business on island full time by August. I have exellent credit and rental references upon request!
