I am coming out to St. Thomas in mid September in search of a bartending job and I already have a few promising prospects. If I find find one I will stay in St. Thomas indefinitely. I am actually planning on attending school in the spring at St. Thomas. Ideally I would like to rent out your studio for a month and if I get a job I would like to rent it out for an extended period of time. I am an very experienced bartender with over 5 years of fast pace envirorment, 3 years of being a head bartender and I expect no troubles in find a job in St. Thomas. I am looking for someone who needs or is looking for a roommate to split the bills with. I am also looking for a condo, studio for long term rent or even a vocation rental for the first month I am out there.

I'm looking to move down towards the end of August and would love to find a roommate or somone who has a room that they are looking to rent out. Definatly want something that is longterm. Apart from that I am not too picky, would like to be able to eventually bring my dog down but it's not at the top of my list for the first year or so down there.

Hey there,

I am also moving to the rock in a couple of months. Might be interested in a roomate situation. I know the island pretty well and have a bunch of friends living there now. Let me know what you're looking for.
