WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Do you or someone you know have a beautiful place that you need someone to take care of it?

My wife & I are retired couple that are looking for a reasonable priced nice house, condo or Apt or yacht on St. Thomas to rent for two or three months starting 1-1-2008. We are very clean, non-smokers, no pets and need one or two bedrooms on or near the beach or pool.

We enjoy the people of St. Thomas.

Please contact me at [email protected] or [email protected]

Glen

You are going to have to specify what you consider reasonable.

Hello Glen,

I remember a few times in the past years you have posted about looking for similar arrangements. I was curious how its worked out, particularly so as it seems you usually are looking for a few months during high season. *-)

PS. Have you tried the various marinas? Perhaps some might have bulletin boards or a newsletter where you could place a classified ad for a yacht rental arrangement. 😉

Right on, Islander! His post rang a bell with me too and I'm also curious to know if his postings have worked out. No further comment on my part but mighty curious nonetheless! Cheers...

Islander:

Sorry it has taken so long to answer but I was busy taking care of my father who just passed away from Cancer.

Two years ago I made several postings looking for a monthly rental on St. Thomas. We were very lucky to have a very lovely person contact us that owns a beautiful villa on St. Thomas. The owner said that she never rents out their personal villa but we connected on a personal basis and she was nice enought to let us rent her personal villa with a 360 view - my wife and I thought we died and went to heaven! I think the reason she was so kind to us was after we had several phone calls she felt she could trust us. We tried to leave her beautiful home cleaner then what we got it. Unfornituley her villa was not available last winter.

Unfortunately I waited to late last year to start posting and could not find anything reasonable to rent on St. Thomas. Since we are retired living on fixed income, quality of location and a rate we can afford is very important to us. We had such great time on St. Thomas we would like to rent for 60 to ninety days this next winter.

We are looking for condo, villa or boat in our around Red Hook, Sapphire Beach would be a great location but we would consider any safe area.

If you know of any home owners or rental agents willing to rent to us for $1,500 to $2,000 Per Month, please have them contact me at [email protected] or [email protected]

Thank you for your time,

Glen Spangler
