I am looking for a private open concept house or industrial space of aprox. 1200 sq ft. On STX mid island or west end to use as live-in artist space. Needs to have basic plumbing and facilities but I am willing to modify to suit my needs for low impact painting,jewelry, light woodwork (framing).
$500-$800 range depending on conditions. Open to negotiate terms. needs to have some degree of privacy and good light.
