Wanted: Washer & Dryer | Patio Furniture (STT)

We are interested in a washer & dryer for our place located near town in Saint Thomas and willing to travel to country, St John or Water Island. Stackable washer & dryers wont work in our space, however, we are interested in any working top or front load w&d set...pretty much anything that will prevent killing a beautiful afternoon at the laundrymat.

Also in need of patio table with chairs. I'm thinking patio furniture must meet landlord approval. I am available to view any time, will pay cash, and can pick up.
