We have two rooms available with in walking distance to Sapphire Beach on STT. The rooms have TV, AC, micro wave, frig, and each have their own private bathroom. There is a pool as well as a laundry on site. They rent for 95/night. Sapphire Beach is on the east end of STT. These rooms are great for PMVers or short term vacationers.

It seems like you really really want to rent out your place.
95 a night is a bit for me though.
How about 400 a month long term. Providing it has line of site to ST John so I can pickup some Choice internet.

Sorry I can do it for 400 a month. The rooms are designed for short stays.
