Wanted--Maintenance Person to maintain 7 rental units for off-island owner, taking calls from tenants, doing jobs added by Owner, and turnaround when vacancies occur. Required to keep owner up to date by email, required to send photos as work is done, and submit detailed Invoices with Receipts. Yard work is handled separately.
