We are hoping to be transplants in the near future and would like some input. What is the area of the Mill harbour condo complex like? Safe, close to shopping and the like? It seems like they are relatively inexpensive. It was one of the condos that we were going to look at. If there are any other areas that you would recommend I am more than willing to listen. Any input would be great, thanks.

There is public housing across from the gated entrance. This puts some people off. I Stores stores and banks are very close. The complex is well maintained although the HMO is rather high @ 800.00 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo there. Before you buy anything come down and take a look. Rent one of the condos for a week and see if its what you want.
