Hello folks! I'm back for the most part from the grip of dengue (awful.....please use off and no standing water....) LOL.

I did want to let apartment seekers know that there is a beautiful one bedroom apartment at the top of Estate Solitude, just before Cotton Valley, available. It has a large kitchen, kitchen island with additional storage space, living room of quite a good size furnished with all West Indian made furniture, a good sized bedroom with a queen sized bed and a very decently sized bathroom. Outside the front door in just an amazingly clear and cool deep water, in ground tiled pool, bar and grill, multiple sitting/lounging/working/entertaining areas with views of Buck Island and when weather is clear, from Puerto Rico to the British Virgin Islands. Spectacular.

Please PM me if interested and I will arrange a day for showing to any and all interested individuals. $1,400 per month, which includes utilities unless the electric exceeds $500- per month or the multiple cisterns run dry. In that event, four units will split evenly the difference. This has not happened during this past year of my involvement with this property. Six-month lease with a one month security deposit, application required (I can send you one), no children due to pool and no pets allowed.
