Moving soon & need inexpensive place - STX

My husband and I will be in STX next week for our PMV. We are both teachers and will be permanently moving to STX on June 30 to begin teaching next year.

We are looking for an inexpensive pet friendly place, as our family also includes a 50 pound dog. We are placing our cat with family for the meantime, and may have him rejoin the family in December, if our pet friendly place doesn't mind a dog and a cat.

While I realize we are looking a bit early, if you know if any upcoming vacancies in that time frame, we would like to check out places while we are there next week. We won't have any cell service, as we have Verizon, but will have Wi-Fi at the place we are staying, so feel free to post and/or leave a PM, so we can contact you.

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

Barb and Craig

I can't help you with anything on St Croix, but I just want to say that it is nice to hear of TWO teachers in one family moving here. We need more teachers! Best of luck to you two. Welcome to the fun house! 😉

Hi,
If you haven't looked at my website yet, it's www.virginislandsrentals.com. We have a small apartment complex, and we do accept pets, both dogs and cats. Not sure yet what I will have at the end of June, but I will be glad to show you around and discuss it.

Barb & Craig,

I have a 3 bedroom house and one bedroom guest cottage neither furnished yet. I just bought the property last month. I don't mind pets, in fact I prefer long term tenants with a dog.

Let me know if you are still looking and we can share details.
Cheryl
