I might me moving to the island working at the hospital. I was wondering about rentals and how much say a 1 or 2 bedroom apt would run. Plus a have a little dog 9lbs.???????

I have a small apartment complex 2-3 miles from the hospital. Pets are allowed. I have several sizes.
Efficiency/Studios - $750-$850
One Bedroom - $950
Larger one Bedroom - $1300
Large 2 Bdrm/2Bath - $1650
Includes DishNetwork TV and Internet .
Electric and water are additional.
I offer monthly or longer term rentals. More information, and pictures, on my website http://www.virginislandsrentals.com I am currently all booked, but I expect to have 2 studios open up sometime in August and a couple of larger units open in September. When are you looking and for how long?

I am doing a phone interview next week then hopefuly I will be moving after that I will deffinatly stay intouch
