My name is John I am a 47 year old male from Chicago. I will be moving to the Virgin Islands st. Thomas in 2 months what is the best way to go about finding a room for rent ? I would like to find a place before I move and same thing for a job. I work currently for a helicopter company refueling and base maintenance. I would appreciate any advice out there. John

Taking a place sight unseen is a very bad idea. Best advice is to find temporary accommodation and get to know your way around as you'll want to live in a place convenient to your job. As suggested on your other thread, go on to the moving forum and you'll find a ton of information which will help you.
