I will be moving to St. John on December 1 and need long term lease (apartment, house, condo, villa). Would like to stay in south but will consider any suitable housing. I'm looking for at least two bedrooms, unfurnished or partially furnished with either washer / dryer included or hook ups preferred. Looking for quite, safe neighborhood, private parking would be fantastic but not a deal breaker. Less than $2,000 a month! If you have something or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it! Please PM me.

This is the beginning of the winter season. My advice would be to find something temporary, move down and then start looking for a long-term rental. It is very difficult to find permanent, less-expensive lodging from off island. Be prepared to consider living on STT near Red Hook.
