Need nice 1 BR near Salt River for 4 mo beg mid July. Prefer home, not condo.

I would like to find a nice 1 BR (or more) near Salt River for 4-6 months beginning mid-July. Must have high speed internet, a kitchen and washer/dryer. I would ideally like to stay below $1000/month, all inclusive. I prefer a home or an apt in a home, rather than a condo. I will consider alternatives, of course.

I am neat, clean and very quiet. I am self-sufficient. I can provide excellent references. I am flexible to some extent with dates.
