Greetings,
I have a one bedroom house for rent. Large fenced yard, plenty of privacy, utilities excluded. Work & Rest area. Perfect for single person. Small living room/dining room/kitchen combo, but separate bathroom and bedroom.

I think Work & Rest is on STX, but I'm not sure.

It is on St. Croix and go to www.coralbeachrealtyusvi.com and click on "Rentals" and go to the Houses section to view pics and more info.
