We have a one bedroom that will be available on or about 3/1 in our Private Home above Sapphire Beach. This one bedroom has simply beautiful views of St. John, Tortola and other cays. It has a beautiful breeze most of the year and you can it in the hammock and just relax. The unit is located a short walk to Sapphire, Lindquest and Pelican beaches. It is in a private home that is gated. It is short walk down our private road to catch the Safari bus and is about 1 mile from Red Hook.. This road will also be gated so there will be added security.
It comes with wireless internet and basic cable. It is $1250 a month. You will need to pay for electric and water and added cable if you wish.

We are looking for the right tenant that will mix well with our family of people.
