Hello there again! I wanted to also let you know before I post on other sites (and as I have not yet been able to get this located on our website.......look under real estate on this board, and for my advertisement). This house is beautiful, in Little Fountain just above Cane Bay. 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms for kitchen and pantry, formal dining room, huge living room, huge gallery with all glass (windows, French doors, etc to maximize the breeze), 3 bathrooms set on four acres atop a hill. Approx. 1.5 acres are gardened with fruit and flowering trees, lawns etc.
This was listed before for $2,800, however for the right applicants, the owner will accept $2,400 plus deposit. By right applicants, the owner means people who will respect the property and house, pick up after the pet if it is a dog, etc. I think mature is what is being sought, not determined by age but mentality.
