I have a fully furnished, beautiful 3 bd 2.5 ba in Questa Verde, this is located in the center of the island, 5 minutes to Christiansted, it has a southshore view with a nice Caribbean breeze. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has all new stainless steel appliances, a new W/D and new accordian shutters. I just reduced the asking price to $144,900 or have it for rent at $1500 plus utilities, but am willing to work with prospective tenants. For photos or if you would like to see it, please PM me.

what square footage is it, have any pictures, how big is the lot, have a Latitude / longitude for the property?

Questa Verde is a condo. No lot!
If that is the price, the prices there have really come way down. Good buy!

It is 1600 sq ft. and has 2 patios. Technically it is a townhouse, but Questa Verde is commonly call condos. I have pictures, you can go to Calabash Real Estate http://www.calabashrealtors.com tab to Property Search then Condos. Mine is MLS#12-2060 or you can put 104 in the search box and it will come up. I've really lowered the price, as I need to sell, we've recently and unexpected moved off the island and are unable to buy in our new location until we sell our St. Croix home.

I am reducing the asking price again! New list price is $135,000. Please, spread the word; I need to do something with my home on STX, if you all know anyone looking for a great bargain, have them contact me 340-244-8277. I am looking for a buyer, or a long-term or short-term tenant.

Interested in doing a longterm rental! would you be interested in renting it out as one br @ $800. or $900.

Sorry, i cant do a partial rental. I have lowered my long term rental rate to $1400/month plus utilities. Let me know if you would like to see it.
