I have a one bedroom apartment for rent in the heart of Red Hook on St. Thomas. You cannot beat the location for convenience. We lived in this apartment for several years before moving to St. Croix. My husband still says " I miss our deck in Red Hook". Check out my website at: virginislandsrentals.com
Sorry, no pictures yet. It has been rented for a couple of years, and we never had a chance to take any. There is a very good description of the apt. on the website. You can look at pictures of our other Red Hook units to get an idea of the property.
Should be available March 1. The current tenants are moving out over the month of Feb.
Rent is $1600 per month, plus utilities... but does include cable, local phone and DSL. Also....large gas grill, icemaker in the large stainless fridge, microwave, toaster/convection oven, but no traditional oven. Full sized washer and dryer, A/C in bedroom, storage and a deck you will live on! Furnished and equipped. First, last and deposit, year's lease.....will negotiate terms for higher rent.
