I'm house-sitting for someone who has a rental coming up in August. It's a one bedroom guest house in Judith's Fancy. $1000/mth that includes everything (water, electric, tv, wireless internet...) I'll have to check but I think it includes laundry facility usage as well. Let me know if you're interested or want to look at it.
