I have two 1-BDR condos at St. C's on STX available for viewing by those seeking a rental property. One of the condos is available for immediate occupancy and the other will be available in early to mid-August. Both are in good condition and have wonderful views and breezes. Fully furnished/equipped, including washers and dryers. $1500 per month plus tenant pays own utilities.... but water, cable tv, terminix, and the complex swimming pool are included for no additional charge.
I will also have a 2-BDR condo at Schooner Bay coming vacant around September 1st. $1800 per month plus utilities, with cable tv, terminix and swimming pool included. Also furnished and equipped and has washer/dryer.
