rental units/ rooms for rent

We have a studio (950) and a one bedroom (1250) right above Sapphire beach on the east end on St. Thomas. Looking for a one year lease. First, last and security required. Private pool, laundry and gated in a private house. Want some people who have a long term interest in St. Thomas and has a professional job or is semi retired. No party people. Small pets allowed. Water, gas, basic cable included. Need to pay electricity. You can walk to Sapphire beach, Pelican or Lindquest beaches in 5 minutes. We are off island now but have someone who can show the units.

Also rent rooms when we are there. (10/15-11-25) and 1/15-3/30). We have two rooms with AC/TV and private bath rooms.
