Hello All -
I just arrived on St. Croix. I'm staying in a weekly rental and am looking for a large 1 bdr around the mid-island area. Budget is up to $1,100.
About me:
47 year old professional marketing consultant; just relocated from Massachusetts. Highly-responsible. Quiet. Perfect tenant for short-term or longer-term rental.

My landlord and his wife are great and they have a 2 bedroom that just became available for $1,000. If it is the same as us, it also includes WAPA. I don't think it as A/C though. His number is 773-1958

There was an efficiency quoted as a beautiful 1 br 1 ba with a great view, furnished and a/c available now for $895 plus utilities in Sunday's Avis. In Judith's Fancy...very nice area. Call 778-6464 0r 514-2900.

Yes...I noticed that ad and jumped on it. Unfortunately, it's a true efficiency apartment: all one room. I'm looking for an actual one-bedroom.
