My wife and I will be moving back to St. Croix on June 4th and are looking for a rental in the $550-$850.00 range. We also have a 6 lb dog that will be coming with us. Would like something with a fenced yard for the dog to play in. Location isn't that important as long as it's relatively safe.

a pet-friendly rental house with a yard in that price range is going to be a tough thing to find! Best of luck!
I do have one small 1-BDR condo that rents for $850 per month and will allow a small pet. No individual yard for each condo, but there are grassy areas where you could walk a dog.

Hello there. I have a house (the agency I work for) in La Grande Princesse for $850 per month plus utilities. It is not furnished with the exception of one queen sized bed that is in excellent condition. Pets I believe are allowed, though I will check with the owner if you would like me to. It will be open (as long as the current tenant moves according to plan) on or about June 1, 2008.

I have a 1 BR apt. in Cotton Valley (East End). Kitchen has stove, fridge. Ceiling fans. Furnished. About 1 block from ocean. Will take pet. All utilities included. $850/month plus deposit. A/C in bedroom. Call me 340-244-4693.
