I am looking for apartments and houses in STX, STT, and STJ for federal employees who are relocating to work in the USVI. I need privately owned and agent managed properties.

6-12 months or longer. There is no specific time frame. These employees relocate periodically. I find the information for a database, but they contact landlords directly when they are ready to relocate.
I will be leaving the office Thursday morning. After that, you may e-mail me at [email protected].
I will be looking for rentals until next Monday. I am especially interested in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom houses on STX, STT, and STJ.

I have guest house rooms that rent for 100/night for short term. Each has its own bath and is right above Saphire Beach. Min 3 days.
I also have a two bedroom condo on Sapphire Beach that is vacation rental.
