I own a rental villa on the east end of St. Thomas and unfortunately my property manager is leaving island. So I'm looking for a trustworthy person to occupy the apt. under my rental villa at a discount and meet and greet tenants, trouble shoot any problems and other small duties. If interested please PM me.

Good morning, I am going to be moving to the St Thomas on or around Oct 13th 08'. I am looking at working at the Ritz or the Wyndham as a massage therapist. I have a strong backround in the rental business as well as construction. I built my first home myself when I was 19 years old for example.

I have combined experience of 15 years of customer service in many avenues. Such as rentals, logistics, and catering/party planning.

I am looking for a place to live in the east end so its close to the area I am going to work in.

My personal email is joe_kleman@hotmail.com

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Joseph A Kleman

No offense. But if you wanted to be considered for the position, why not do what is asked? I see that often and it always puzzles me.

To be honest with you it bothers me also..That is why I sent a PM to her following that in regards to my mistake. I kinda kicked myself real good for that one. I have been working 3rd shift and school full time so sometimes I dont see things as clear currently.

Have a great day!

Joe

I' m sorry, did I offend you in some way? I assumed the poster was interested in getting information and suggested the quickest way to accomplish that.

My main point is, when an original poster advertises an apartment or condo for rent and gives detailed contact information, it is fastest and most efficient to contact the poster in that way.
