Room for rent on STX

We have a spot for rent in our 3 bedroom/3 bath condo in Pelican Cove. The room has its own private bathroom and patio access. It is a good size and comes furnished. The other roommates are a 27/m and 27/f who share the master bedroom and a 23/m. Ideally we would like another female to move in to even it out. We are very clean and the condo is beautiful. It is right on the beach and you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo complex has private security, an amazing pool and hot tub and is very peaceful. Rent is 800/month plus utilities. The lease starts October 15th until July 31st but can be extended. This is a must see place and if you need anymore information or pictures, feel free to PM me.
