One thirty-something male and one twenty-something female looking for one good roomate to share a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Estate Welcome, just east of Christiansted.
The house is well kept, fully furnished and in great shape. We have a washer and dryer, off-street parking, high-speed internet, mail service (a real luxury here, no need for a PO box!), trash removal (another luxury here, no need to hassle with hauling your trash to the dump!), and complete pest control service once a month.
As for location, it's ideal. We're in a nice neighborhood, but at the same time we are literally 3 minutes to town, which means you don't need a car to get by.
The bedroom available is about 10' X 12' and is fully furnished and in move-in condition. It has a full closet, fairly new queen bed with headboard, and a nice new bedroom set with a dresser, mirrored bureau and nightstand. The room also has a new ceiling fan and an oscillating room fan.
All this for only $450/month + utilities! Security deposit is $450. Available October 1st. Looking for someone to sign a 6-month lease or longer.
