I'm a pilot with Cape Air and I'll be relocating to St. Croix in February. I'm looking for a private room, studio, or efficiency for rent on a monthly basis. Furnished with AC & utilities included would be ideal. Safe neighborhood is a must within 25-30min drive from the airport (the closer the better).

I'm a clean, quiet, responsible adult with a fiance and family back in Boston (it will just be me in St. Croix). I'm a home owner and have been a landlord myself, so I understand the importance of having reliable and respectful tenants. I'm here to fly, sleep and occasionally fish...very low maintenance.Ā
