Will be moving early August and seeking an apt with the following
Must be close (walking distance) to the Westin
1 or 2 bedroom with AC
Updated kitchen with gas stove
Furnished or partly furnished
View of the ocean with porch or balcony
Off street parking
Safe area
Cable and Internet hook up
Electric included ( nice option but not a requirement)
Looking for a long term rental
About us
Newly married couple with a new born baby boy
Mid 30's
Very respectfully
First time in st John
Priority is ensuring my wife and child are as comfortable and safe as possible
Price I am open to I don't mind paying a little more as long as it is in good condition

Gas stoves here are powered by propane gas. You'll find cooking on them a little different than on natural gas.

Actually I was in st John over the weekend and will be back soon do a PMV either way I'm coming for sure PMV or not

Go to Connections next time you are there, that is where the landlords advertise the available rentals.
