Hello,
My family and I are moving down between 9-15-07 and 10-01-07 and we are seeking a 2-3 bedroom house or apartment on STT. We are a family of 3 adults and one 10 year-old girl. We are a non-smoking family with an old lazy cat and a 1.5 pound mini-yorkie that is fully potty trained. We are clean people and would appreciate a clean place.
Worse case scenerio, we would entertain a small furnished apartment for a month when we first arrive. This way we can go out and look at our options. We will also be in the market for a used vehicle around???? $3000.00 or less. Prefer a Mini-Van but open to options.

If you look at the message board for Linda from Michigan selling her vehicle you will see she was selling a 2001 Cavalier stick for $3,500 on STX. A mini van on STT in the used market will be at least $5,000.

Hey Joe i have a rental villa on the east end of stt. if your interested i might consider a 4 to 6 week rental. go to vrbo.com and look at #122264 ... thats mine and good luck

What price range are we looking at for a four week rental to help me while finding a long-term rental? I figure 4 weeks should be long enough.
