Seeking small office share....STX, C'sted

Hello there good people! Although it was some time ago, I mentioned being well again after an unfortunate meeting with a truck stateside, and more recently dengue fever. At last post, I was setting up clinical services for general mental health and therapy, and more specifically to continue on a 23 year journey in developing supports and services for individuals, usually children, with autism.

I have procured office space in F'sted, however am currently just 'borrowing' office space in C;sted. If possible and affordable, I would like to share an office with another professional as I will only need it very part time, and often at unusual hours. If anyone currently has a small office and would like to receive support with the rent/mortgage, or would like to seek such space together, I would truly appreciate hearing from you.

Given the people I serve, it must be smoke free, mold free and have climate control. In terms of space, it does not need to be large at all, but would require a bathroom and if affordably possible, a small area for the next party to wait for their session. My target date is July 1 and I will be looking at a 6-month to 1 year commercial lease. I have most furniture that would be needed.
