Hello again folks! I amost forgot to post two openings in a gorgeous mini estate on to of Mount Solitude. Both open up to a large, deep and beautifully tiled pool, multiple lounging, eating and working areas with a direct view of Buck Island, and when the weather is clear a view from Puerto Rico to the British Virgin Islands. For each, utilities are included unless the overall electrict exceeds $500-, or the cistern systems need to be replenished (which have not happened since I have been here).

The first is an oversized studio. Just lovely, furnished with a bump out kitchen, king sized bed hallway (unusual for a studio) with tons of storage and large bathroom. This also has a private covered patio outside of the door with a dining set on top of, and surrounded by the native stone work that is the basis for the structure. This rents for $900 with a six month lease and a one month security deposit. As with the other unit as well, photos can be sent (will be taking interior photos of the studio tomorrow). Please remember that I will need an email address to send these to.

The second unit is a large, one bedroom, fully furnished apartment with a very large kitchen and living room, queen sized bed in the bedroom and again a good sized bathroom. It has all of the acommodations as mentioned with the first unit, although I did forget to mention that there is an outdoor wetbar, grill area, and counter with barstools. Multiple decks and seating areas for comfort and entertaining. The rent on this second unit is $1,400, however there may be the possiblity of some reduction in rent with a strong application (local references, verifyiable employment and good rental or mortgage history).

This is a small, 4 unit, spacious "mini community" with lots of privacy. It has traditionally been an adult type area as the other tenants just enjoy the peace and yes, Solitude of Solitude. Adult does not mean age, but more mentality. For most, this has been heaven, and some tenants have lived here for upwards of 13 years!

If interested or if you know someone who would thrive in this environment, please just pm me and I will get back to you with photos and times when I will be there to show the open units.

All the best to you, and I hope someone terrific is out there who can appreciate the sheer beauty of this gettaway.
