Small, 1 bedroom apartment/C'sted for rent

Hello there once again folks. I have just checked the calendar, and realized that I have the one bedroom apartment open during the months of May, June and the very beginning of July. If this will be of help to anyone in a PMV or during a transition, the rate is quite reasonable and comes with all utilities, furnitiure etc.

The apartment is less than 1/2 mile from downtown Christiansted in Flamboyant Welcome (near Cannegata Ball Park). It does have WiFi, very basic TV/cable, queen sized bed, huge patio and is great for plant lovers as it is surrounded by thousands of horticultural species.

If this will be of any assistance, the monthly rate is $750, the daily or weekly rate a bit higher (prorated), please just send me a private message and I will get back to you. If you could also consider sending me your regular email address, it would be helpful as then I will be able to send you pictures.

I do ask for a good faith deposit of 50%, or if renting for longer than one month, 1/2 month's rent in advance. This same apartment may be open from September-December as a mid-term rental. Again, please just send me a note and I will get back to you.
