I have just accepted a year round salaried Chef position at The Buccaneer Hotel. I will be arriving on December 7th and am looking for a furnished, long-term rental for around $800-1200/month. I am 38, a non- smoker, and consider myself clean and responsible. I need to be close to work and would be willing to sign a 6 month to a year lease.
