I have a remodeled 2 bedrooms and 1 bath townhouse with a new modern kitchen, that includes a new island gas range and hood, new refrigerator, new microwave, washer and dyer and newly installed hardwood floor, throughout. The unit is located in Mahogany Welcome in Estate Mt. Welcome, a quite, family neighborhood and beautifully maintained common area. It is within walking distance from downtown Christiansted, U.S. Post Office, Gallows Bay, the Fast Ferry, Schooner Bay Market and the wonderful Tutu Bene's restaurant.
Seaborne airlines are within walking distance as well; about 1/8 miles along the boardwalk. Check out gotostcroix.com's webcam, you might see the seaplane landing or a friend strolling leisurely on the wharf.
It should be available around the second week of October. $1200 a month, utilities not included, minimum 6 month lease. Deposit: $1200. No pet please.
