Need 2b 2bt with view and vaulted ceilings. Prefer mid island but will consider others. Will be out looking this weekend so please message me ASAP. We have two indoor cats and all our own furniture. Responsible, quiet tenants with no kids. Thanks!

I live up by the Rattan Inn.

I see rental signs there always.

I understand that is is considered a vacation destination.

Might not be a bad Idea to call on them and see if they are open to long term rental.

Just sayin'

The Rattan Inn does rent long term. They have separate cottages for rent.
Nice area and the property is gated.
When I spoke to the owner last year I thought the rent was kind of high. She was willing to negotiate for a long term renter.
Here is there web site. www.rattaninnstx.com
Good Luck!

Have you checked with any realtors?
Sometimes they have pocket listings that are not advertised or will be coming on market. They can also send an e-mail blast to all other realtors to inquire if they have or know of something suitable.
Good luck.

Yea my good friend Kim Lucas is helping us. She's been on that show Island Life I think it was called. <3 her. Were still looking. I just got back to STT to wrap up moving arrangements and will be staying in a cottage for the month of July while we find a permanent solution. I did see one today that was a real potential. The other A is looking at it tomorrow.
